What is mentoring?

If I had to define what I think a mentor is, I would say it is someone that can act as a support system through your learning. Not someone who will change or define you, but more of a source of encouragement to help you maximize your potential, develop your skill and improve your performance to become the highest version of yourself.

As a self taught photographer who has been full time since 2016, I have greatly benefited from the mentors in my life. In fact, I hire mentors every year that I look up to, admire and strive to become. As photographers we can never ever stop learning because there are alway going to be new skills we can acquire, methods to the madness and tips to streamline our success.

Why Me?

I am a self taught, six figure boudoir photographer with a background in sales, an emphasis on building a complete brand, and a passion for empowering the photography community. I started this company because I wanted to create an inclusive space for all humans and I strive to help other photographers do the same. If I can empower photographers (aka YOU) to create safe spaces for their clients while also making a sustainable and ethical living, I have done my job.

I am your human if you are looking for a safe and encouraging place to grow. I want you to bloom in YOUR world, not some cookie cutter model that someone hands you. Each of our businesses is unique to us and that is a beautiful thing. What works for one person is not going to work for all, so if you are coming here, just know that your experience will be customized for YOU. You are an incredible artist and can bloom where you are planted, sometimes you just need a little water. Think of mentoring with me as just that. We will take your current business model, make small sustainable changes and tweak thing to take your business to a whole new level. Let’s do this!

What makes me different?

I mean, I am so glad you asked. Let me be real. I am a human who laughs loud, cusses a whole lot, loves the shit out of making people feel amazing and will be your biggest fan. I am messy, passionate, driven and hell bent on helping others. The person you see online is the human you get in real life.

I approach photography like I did sports. As a collegiate athlete I had to have the foundation of skill, but I also had to have a high basketball IQ. Meaning, you may be an incredible artist, but if you don’t understand the business side or sales, you may be struggling a little. As your mentor and coach I want to help you round out all aspects of your business and get you to a place where you are making sustainable and ethical money. Like a lot of it.

I also come from a really solid sales foundation through my previous life as a corporate sales manager for two separate professional teams. This means we are going to get down to the nuts and bolts of making you money. If that feels scary, that’s ok. That’s why you are here. You are so deserving of charging your worth and finding your ideal client.

Who can sign up for mentoring?

Anyone. Seriously anyone who has a camera and wants to make money creating steamy and sexy art. As I mentioned above, this experience is customized to each client. If you need more help on the photography side we can tailor your experience to hands on learning. If you have that down and need help with business or sales, we can focus more there.

This is a safe space for you to feel seen, supported and encouraged to take your photography business to a new level!

Packages

Let’s talk packages. There are four options for mentoring and the reason is, each of you are on different paths. There is no “one size fits most” mentality here. Chose the one that makes the most sense for you, your business and where you see yourself in the future!

Three Month Intensive

If you are looking for a deep dive into boudoir or your photography business this is the best option for you. This package includes three 2 hour zoom or in-person coaching sessions and three 30 minute check-ins over the three months.
This package includes an in-person workshop with a 6 hour day of hands on learning and a steamy photoshoot on location.
Package Investment: $4550

Two Day Intensive

This workshop is a combination of a content day and coaching workshop all in one. The first day will be a 6 hour deep dive into the nuts and bolts of your business. Nothing is off limits here. We can work on sales, marketing, branding, growing your business, posing, editing or workflow.
The second day will be dedicated to creating usable content. We will shoot side by side in my Raleigh studio and work through a normal posing flow, how to help clients feel comfortable, wardrobe and all things steamy art.
Package Investment: $2550

One day in-person mentoring

This one day intensive will give us time for a three hour Q&A session and a photoshoot. Nothing is off limits here.

Online mentoring

Online mentoring is perfect for anyone who just needs help building out their photography business.
This includes 4 hours of time via zoom (or in person if you are local) and can be used all at once or in two 2 hour increments.
Anything goes and there are no silly questions. I am an open book and want to help you grow your amazing company.
Package Investment: $950

**One Hour Q&A**

If you are just curious about all things business, boudoir, sales, body liberation, fat activism or just want to chat for an hour, then this is the route you want to take. No formal training is done here, but you can ask me anything that sets your soul on fire.
Package Investment: $250
