If you are anything like me, this year has been incredibly hard and it has had a negative impact in the way I am embracing my body. This world often emphasizes unrealistic beauty standards, so it's crucial to prioritize self-care and positive body image. This Body Embrace Bingo game offers an interactive and uplifting experience designed to help you feel better in your own skin.

We will participate in 25 days of prompts that have been carefully crafted to promote self-love and body neutrality. I have put together 35 prompts that will be drawn at random each day (until someone fills their entire bingo card and is crowned the winner) with a fun little activity to help stimulate body liberation. I will be doing the prompts with you each day on social media!

The entire purpose of the game is to encourage you to engage in activities that foster a deeper appreciation for your body. From taking selfies of different body parts to practicing affirmations and acts of kindness, each prompt is a gentle reminder of the beauty and strength that resides within you.

Feel free to buy as many boards as you like for a better chance of being crowned the winner!
